As Design Lead for the Security area at Dropbox, I led the development of a comprehensive Security journey map, focusing on understanding users' needs. Working across three teams, we conducted in-depth research to define critical jobs-to-be-done in the security space.

The resulting user journey was presented to the entire area, driving alignment around core user needs. These insights directly shaped the 2024 roadmap for all three teams. The journey map's vocabulary has since been adopted across the company, creating a shared language for discussing security experiences.
