Admin console redesign
Dropbox, 2024
In 2024 I played a key role in the comprehensive redesign of the Admin Console for teams, a critical but historically underserved interface of Dropbox’s core product. Working alongside four other designers, I led all security-related workflows, including Security onboarding, Encryption, Activity monitoring, External sharing, Alerts, and Security settings. This marked the first time the Admin Console received dedicated design attention, with our goal being to significantly improve task completion efficiency for admins.
Throughout this intensive project, we operated in tight sprint cycles, presenting our progress to Dropbox design leadership, including the VP of Design, every two weeks. I also had the opportunity to mentor a designer working on the End-to-end encryption feature, ensuring both design excellence and professional development. Our collaborative approach helped transform the Admin Console into a more intuitive and efficient tool for Dropbox administrators.
