Missing customer

A missing customer is one of the highest contact rate issues that happens when shoppers can’t locate customers during delivery. The old experience contained multiple steps that shoppers had to take to troubleshoot, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. I collaborated with the Data Science and Research teams to redesign and simplify this experience.
